Have been buying this Chorizo for a while now and it's very flavoursome and great for adding spicyness to other meals i.e Morrisons butternut squash and rice which I'm about to microwave defrosted in 2 parts 2:30 without chorizo and 2:00 with! I also add it to stews and top cheese pizzas! It lasts very well in the fridge and I've eaten well outside best by dates - although it tends to loose it's colour after a long time out of date and the birds then get a treat!
Im very fussy with meat but this was beautiful! Fried it with olive oil and honey as a tapas dish. Had some crusty bread to mop up the oil. Just Yum!!!
