just as good as leading brands!
As a crisp enthusiast I pride myself in having an eye for the best crisps. And these are genuinely up there in my top 3 salt and vinegar crisps!!!!! They are so good. So strong. Everything you want in a salt and vinegar crisp. Go great with a cheese toastie. My family don’t regularly shop at Morrisons but we love these crisps so much we go there specifically for them. I can (and do) eat multiple bags of these in 1 sitting. They are just so good
Obviously no one at Morrisons has tried these, literally plain with 0 flavour.
Unfortunately these crisps are now inedible, they have a strong rapeseed oil flavour, are stale and have no salt and vinegar flavour to them whatsoever. I couldn't eat more han one crisp before chucking out the lot. I understand that they had to change to rapeseed oil, and many others have too but the quality of these crisps is awful. I haven't experienced the same overwhelming rapeseed oil taste in any other crisps made with it, so it's probably down to a lack of flavouring and over cooking. Disappointed as they used to be pretty decent.
Good for the low price, but a bit dry and perhaps a bit overcooked.
Really tasty, flavorsome crisps. Who needs Walkers?
