Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.; Hob - From Ambient. 1. To prepare a serving of porridge stir 40g (approximately half a cup) of oat flakes with 200ml of cold milk in a saucepan.
2. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add salt or sugar to taste if required.
4. For a less creamy porridge use water, or half milk/half water.; Microwave - From Ambient. Cat E 850w 3 min 30 sec, Cat D 750w 4 min 30 sec
