good flour
its light and bakes really well. makes good vegan pancakes! (though they're not the recipe on the packet) just mash up a banana thats about past its best for eating or fresh, beat it well until very sloppy, add the flour and plant milk of your choice, mix well and cook in hot oil as you would cook pancakes and enjoy!

Good, cheap and British.
Ive used this in many different applications from baking, thickening sauces, pancakes and yorkies. All turn out great. So cheap and British too.

Cheap but good quality
No reason to go for branded when it is just what I need. Pizza dough, pancakes always taste amazing.
