I bought this because I thought it would be pure olive oil in a spray bottle, like other supermarket’s own brand spray oil, but it was not - it has an artificial cloudy/creamy consistency and a look at the ingredients list shows it is mixed with emulsifiers etc.
This oil spray works incredibly well. A few quick squirts and you have enough to stir fry any meat or veg. I use it when roasting potatoes. A couple squirts on a foil cover tray, add part boiled potatoes and then spray the potatoes again, 45 mins in the oven and voila low cal roasties. The thing that makes this cheaper oil spray beat the leading brand is the actual spray its much, much better. I will always buy this now.
