Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Use 1 noodle nest per person for a light meal or accompaniment.
Use 2 noodle nests per person for a main meal.; Hob - From Ambient. 6 min
Place the noodles in boiling water. Remove from heat and leave them to soak. Stir frequently to separate noodles. Drain and refresh by running under cold water.; Shallow Fry - From Ambient. 6 min
Place the noodles in boiling water. Remove from heat and leave them to soak for 5 minutes. Stir frequently to separate noodles. Drain and add the noodles to stir fry and heat for 1 minute. Serve immediately.

Lovely dishes

These make delicious quick and easy dishes such as stir fry's, chow mein etc also a great alternative to spaghetti. I used these noodles when making a spaghetti carbonara which was a success that everyone wanted third helpings

The best egg noodles I have tried so far. They don't stick together and cook perfectly

Used to buy the Blue Dragon medium egg noodles but these are much better.
