Cooking Guidelines
Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and that juices run clear and that no pink colour remains.
Do not reheat.
Remove all packaging. Pre-heat fry pan on a high heat, once hot, reduce to a medium heat and carefully place the meat in the pan. Cook for 8-10 minutes until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Serve and enjoy.

very sinewy
I normally buy the 500g pack and have never had an issue with the quality of the meat but bought the 750g due to the other being out of stock and it was very stringy and sinewy made the turkey burgers very chewy, hoping it was just a one off....

great for spag bowl
I use this to make spag bowl and its great meat has no fat and its not gristly like others
