Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide.
Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked, juices run clear and no pink colour remains.
Not suitable for microwave cooking. Do not reheat. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Pre-heat your oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5. Remove all packaging.
Transfer to an ovenproof dish and place in an oven for 15 minutes, turning once.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat 10ml of oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Carefully add the mini fillets and cook for 5 minutes, turning occasionally to evenly seal all sides and lock in moisture.
