superb ham but nightmare to separate. i recently froze a pack and was easy to use after thawing. i will try this again to see if a one-off, but thought i would share this as shopping. good luck!
One of my all time favourite hams. The herbs give it a really interesting flavour. You can't go wrong with this (and, yes, it's a bit thinly sliced and difficult to separate the slices).

This ham is super good, high quality and tasty.
I'm however very disappointed that you have discontinued the Italian bresaola that was another excellent product which I was buying very regularly - high protein and low fat, perfect for my diet. Is there any chance you can get the bresaola back, please?
