Ok as a backup.

I always add garlic to my summer pasta dishes. I have to use a couple of spoonfuls of this and even then the taste is fairly dull. I usually just use one garlic clove as we don't like our meals too spicy so I think you definitely lose the freshness somewhat. My garlic cloves last for ages, and I often freeze them so this is only convenient if you don't have time to chop one up. I can't recommend simply because fresh garlic is so much nicer!

great quality and taste

by far the best prepped garlic we've tried, it tastes really fresh and is super easy to use
