Cooking Guidelines
10-12 min
Use 1 litre of boiling water for every 75g of dry pasta. Add salt to taste. Add pasta, bring back to the boil. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and drain.

Great GF product
Fab product. Used in bakes etc Super packaging too. Great shape (elbow type) and size. I Always cook to minimum time (10m) and stir once or twice during cooking and lower to simmer once brought to a boil. Never rinse, but drain well.

Great for mac cheese
I find this great when pre-cooking for only a few mins then mixing with lots of cheese sauce and in the oven for 30mins. Made for friends and they havent even noticed its gluten free pasta. Goes down a treat!
Return of the Mac!
My signature dish with friends n family has always been my incredible macaroni n cheese so you can imagine my horror at finding out my gluten free lifestyle meant I could no longer partake in eating this. No longer! This product is wonderfully firm when cooked (you need to keep checking it though to make sure you don't over/undercook it), keeps its shape and works great even after being baked with cheesy sauce in the oven. Maybe use a little more sauce as it's prone to drying out. Thank you morrisons for allowing me to make and eat my legendary fave dish again!
not nice
After cooking this pasta a drained it and ran it through boiling water, tried on (glad I did before mixing with sauce) and the middle was full of the gloopy white stuff that you get with free from pasta, so I ran it through more water, still the same. Threw the lot away, will be sticking with penne or fusilli in future.
