Cooking Instructions - General. How to cook
Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.

When removing cover after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape.; Hob - From Frozen. 1 min 30 sec - 2 min 30 sec
Place the required amount of frozen edamame beans in a saucepan and cover with boiling water. Bring back to the boil. Cover and simmer. Drain and serve.; Shallow Fry - From Frozen. 2-3 min
Heat a little oil in a frying pan or wok.
Add required amount of frozen edamame beans and fry on a medium heat, stirring regularly.
