Cooking Guidelines

1. Allow 75g of rice per person.
2. Place in a sieve and rinse in cold running water.
3. Place in a large pan of boiling water and return to the boil.
4. Stir once and cover.
5. Reduce the heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until the rice is tender.
6. Drain in a sieve and rinse with boiling water before serving.
