Empty contents into a saucepan.
Heat gently stirring frequently. Do not boil as this will impair the flavour.; Microwave - From Ambient. Cat E 850W 2 min, Cat D 750W 2 min 30 sec
Place contents into a non metallic bowl. Cover and heat. Stir half way through heating.

Great chickpeas

These are tasty good quality chickpeas. Not at all like the hard bullets you sometimes get. Had to double check the tin though, as to me, at first glance they look like baked beans.

These make a delicious Hummus !

Bought these chick peas on my first order from Morrisons, they alone will bring me back as a regular shopper !! As a long term vegan I use a lot of chick peas for various recipes, hummus being one of them and the quality of the peas is very evident in this simple food. Morrison's own chick peas passed the test with flying colours. Perfect level of softness without being mushy and deliciously fresh tasting. I can highly recommend them for taste, texture and incredible pricing.

A regular buy, we love chick peas . These are convenient and good. Even the liquid can be used for many things, so nothing gets wasted

Tasty and Healthy

I buy these weekly to make my chickpea curry, and they always taste amazing. Fantastic source of protein and fibre for my vegan diet.

Versatile

At 33p per can, these make a hearty meal filled with protein and are planet friendly substitute for meat! Best thing is that it contains water and no salt or firming agents.
