Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Place onto a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 13 minutes (Cat E/850w), 14 minutes (Cat D/750w). Halfway through cooking, partially remove film lid and stir, replace film lid before returning to microwave. Allow to stand for 1 minute and stir before serving.; Microwave - From Chilled. Cat E 850w 9 min, Cat D 750w 10 min
