Cooking Guidelines
Hob - From Ambient. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
10-12 min
1. Allow 75g of rice per person.
2. Place in a sieve and rinse in cold running water
3. Place in a large pan of boiling water and return to the boil.
4. Stir once and cover.
5. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the rice is tender.
6. Drain in a sieve and rinse with boiling water before serving.

Lovely and light (as I like it) for Chinese and stir frys & Pilaf. Equally as good as more expensive brands.
