Storage and Usage
Cooking Guidelines
Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.; Grill - From Chilled. Place the pork medallions under a pre-heated medium heat grill for 18 minutes depending on medallions thickness, turning halfway through cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in frying pan over a hot heat. Brown both sides of medallions, turn heat to medium and continue to cook for 8 minutes or until juices run clear.

Yummy
Don't listen to all these negative comments....if you know how to cook, these are delicious. Slow cooker is the best or a quick pan fry and leaving them to rest (which is the most important thing). Delicious imo
quick and easy but not amazing
Easy and quick to cook usually just throw them with some mash and peas. Quite chewy but saves the faff of a joint
Tough as old boots
As the title says tough as old boots. No flavour, can't chew. We both only ate half of one and that was a struggle. Don't buy.

Bad mistake. These are tasteless, dry and tough & chewy.
very tough
Despite some negative views i thought Id give this pork a try as some people dont cook things properly..I cooked this pork in the slow cooker and sadly it was still like chewing on a old boot so sorry Morrisons this product isnt for our table you need to look into this issue as pork lion should be a tender cut of meat and most definitely not like this
