Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are give as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Ensure product is thoroughly cooked and that juices run clear and that no pink colour remains. If product is frozen, defrost thoroughly and cook as chilled. Do not reheat.
Please remove all packaging before cooking/defrosting.; Grill - From Chilled. Place the pork medallions under a pre-heated medium heat grill for 18 minutes depending on medallions thickness, turning halfway through cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in frying pan over a hot heat. Brown both sides of medallions, turn heat to medium and continue to cook for 8 minutes or until juices run clear.
