Cooking Guidelines
Cooking Instructions - General. Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide.
Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.; Hob - From Ambient. 20-25 min
Peel and cut into evenly sized pieces. Place into a pan of cold water. Bring to the boil and continue boiling as shown or until tender. Drain and serve.
To mash - Prepare as above. Drain and return potatoes to the heat for 1 minute to dry. Add butter, milk or olive oil seasoning to taste. Mash until smooth and creamy.; Oven cook - From Ambient. 200°C, 400°F, Gas 6, 40-50 min
To roast - Pre-heat your oven as shown. Peel and cut into evenly sized pieces. Place into a pan of cold water. Bring to the boil, part boil for 5-10 minutes and then drain. Pre-heat some oil in a roasting tin. Shake potatoes in a pan to roughen surfaces and then spread into a roasting tin. Roast uncovered turning once until golden and crisp.
