Cooking Guidelines
Deep Fry - From Chilled/Ambient. Heat the oil in your deep fryer to between 182°C (360°F) and 195°C (385°F). Immerse food slowly and cook until done.; Grill - From Chilled/Ambient. Apply oil to the food with a pastry brush and grill, turning regularly.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled/Ambient. Put a few dessert spoons of cooking oil into the frying pan, heat it, then fry the food, turning regularly.

Food spoiler

I'm very health conscious, so I tried this. Food gets so oil, soggy, and leaves nasty taste. This is even if you use a small amount, and deep frying is out of the question. I should have returned it.

Great stuff

I must have purchased a different item to everyone else who’ve reviewed on here this is the best oil we’ve ever had in our deep fat fryer far better than crisp and dry makes perfect crispy chips and batter not really bothered what’s in it as long as it keeps producing perfect deep fried food will definitely purchase in future.

Thanks for the heads up

going on what previous reviews are saying this is very unhealthy and ideally not a good product, hence the price. I removed it immediately from my basket.its good that Morrisons allows reviews because it's very informative for us and them.
