stale bitter taste

Not a good taste. Being from southasia I can actually recognise mango taste and type with fragrance. But this one I could not recognise. I can say that the fragrance seemed stale and odd, on making a shake it was bitter and had a hint of desiccated coconut taste.

Good taste and consistency but...

the Alphonso mango pulp from the same producer is much nicer. If you only use this to put in lassy it would not probably matter too much as the sour milk will mask the taste but if you plan to use it in ice cream you would rather choose the alphonso pulp which only a little but dearer but of much higher quality
