Cooking Instructions - General. Serve & enjoy
Please always be careful of hot steam when removing bao'buns. For guidance only, cooking appliances will vary. Please ensure bao'buns are cooked until piping hot. Do not re-heat once cooked.; Microwave - From Frozen. [1 bao'bun]
- Place 1 bao'bun on a microwaveable plate and cover with a microwaveable bowl
- Microwave for 40 seconds [750W / 900W]
- Allow bao'bun to stand for 20 seconds
[2 bao'buns]
- Place 2 bao'buns on a microwaveable plate and cover with a microwaveable bowl
- Microwave for 70 seconds [750W / 900W]
- Allow bao'buns to stand for 20 seconds; Steam - From Frozen. Steam in colander [recommended]
- Line colander with greaseproof paper
- Place the colander above a pan of softly boiling water
- Place the bao'buns in and cover with a lid
- Steam for 10-12 mins
Steamer [recommended]
- Line steamer with greaseproof paper and pre-heat
- Place bao'buns in the steamer and cover with a lid
- Steam for 12-14 mins
