Ingredients Required: Meat (Mutton, Chicken or Beef) small pieces, Quantity & Preparations: 500g-700g
Ingredients Required: Basmati Rice Soaked for 30 minutes, Quantity & Preparations: 500g-700g
Ingredients Required: Onions (Fine Sliced), Quantity & Preparations: 5 (300g)
Ingredients Required: Tomatoes (Cut into Quarters), Quantity & Preparations: 4-5 (500g)
Ingredients Required: Potatoes (Peeled & Cut into Quarters), Quantity & Preparations: 3-4 (250g)
Ingredients Required: Yoghurt (Beaten), Quantity & Preparations: 1 cup (200g)
Ingredients Required: Indus Ghee/Cooking Oil, Quantity & Preparations: 1-1 1/2 cup (200g)
Ingredients Required: Indus Biryani Spice Mix, Quantity & Preparations: 1 bag

Steps of Cooking
1. Heat Oil/Ghee in a pan, add onion and fry until golden brown.
2. Add tomatoes and cook until Oil/Ghee separates.
3. Add meat, Indus Bombay Biryani Spice Mix, Potatoes & Yoghurt. Fry for 10-15 minutes.
4. Add 1-2 cups of water, cover and cook over a low heat setting until meat and potatoes are tender, sauce has thickened and oil has separated.
5. In a separate pan boil the pre-soaked rice in 12 cups of hot water, add salt to taste. Cook until rice is half cooked. Drain water thoroughly.
6. In a pan form a layer of rice, cover with a layer of meat mix - repeat until there is no more rice and meat mix remaining.
7. Cover and cook over a low heat setting until rice is fully cooked.
8. Mix well before serving.
