Ingredients...
A long list of ingredients have put me off taking tablets for the 'Menopause'. I started 'Peri-Menopause' in my late 40's. Took the other brand for 3 month's on starting the Menopause. Which helped for a while. Then came the 'full on' hot flashes etc when I hit '50'. It is up to the individual woman whether to take or not. I chose to do without medication. Exercise is key to keeping hot flashes at bay, eating healthier, cutting down on Coffee and a good shoulder to cry on helps tremendously:)
