Otrivine Blocked Nose Relief 0.1% Nasal Spray is for application in the nose to give relief from: nasal congestion (blocked nose, including colds), perennial and allergic rhinitis (recurring inflammation of the nasal mucous membranes, including hay fever) and sinusitis. Otrivine Blocked Nose Relief 0.1% Nasal Spray contains the active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride which helps to open up and clear the nasal passages by reducing the excessive nasal secretions and reduces swollen blood vessels to their normal size. Unblock your nose in 2 minutes, and lasts for up to 10 hours. Dosage: Adults and elderly: One application in each nostril 1 to 3 times daily. Not suitable for children under 12 years. Preparation and Usage
Directions: For full instructions see enclosed leaflet. Before using for the first time, prime the pump by actuating 4 times. Once primed, the pump will normally remain charged throughout regular daily treatment periods. If the spray is not ejected during the full actuation stroke, or if the product has not been used for longer than 7 days, the pump will need to be reprimed with 4 actuations. Dosage for Adults and Children over 12 years: one application in each nostril 1 to 3 times daily. Not suitable for children or infants under 12 years.

Magic
Think I picked up the flu recently, and I had some of this to hand. Got to that stage where my nose was so stuffed it was making swallowing uncomfortable. One spray up the nostril with this cleared up my nose for a good few hours where it felt dry which was such a relief. Allowed me to sleep.

Evaporates
Highly Recommended it does what it says..I have noticed that with the change of the bottle design, the liquid seems to evaporate in a few days. I have started to now put a small piece of cling film on the nozzle before closing to make sure that doesn't happen..hope this helps

100% would recommend
My daughter in law is a pilot for emirates, if she has a tiny sniffle she won’t fly unless she has this with her. I tried it at her recommendation and OMGosh. So clear in less than 3 mins. Sleep like a baby! So clear

Does what it says on the tin
This nasal spray does work, love the way the spray is dispensed without having to tilt your head back and it does last over 10 hours. I have hayfever and wake up congested some morning's and this does the job, highly recommended, non drozy and non addictive.
