Great cheese

I absolutely love mozzarella cheese and this Galbani mozzarella cheese is definitely one to buy. It is very versatile can be used in many salads as well as in cooked dishes.

Delicately milky

Really enjoyed this milky mozzarella with a simple salad of basil, tomatoes and olive oil. Lovely and fresh, I imagine it would be good on pizza too

Great on a salad with cherry tomatoes and extra viegin olive oil on top. Very good quality.

Soft and fresh

Mild and versatile - great for pizza, with pesto in a sarnie or even just sliced with fresh tomatoes. Yum!

Great On Puff Pastry

We use mozzarella on puff pastry with other ingredients to make a sort of puff pastry pizza. (I'm not sure what it's actually called.) This brand stands up with the best.
