We did tests on different ways of de-alcoholisation, and have chosen a top technology which de-alcoholises at a low temperature, with a vacuum distillation, retaining the characteristics of the wine.

Great alcohol free alternative

This is the best alcohol free prosecco/champagne/ sparkling wine I've found. It's lovely and dry unlike most of the other alternatives

best substitute found in ages

Usually the substitutes are far too sweet but this is very similar to the real thing and I add tiny bit if lemon juice to make it drier

Just like the real thing

Really tastes like Prosecco, stays fizzy for a few days, slightly sweet taste, a staple for me

had to double check Id bought non-alcohol version

This is best non-alcoholic sparkling wine Ive tasted. As per review title, on drinking my first glass, I has to double check Id bought the non-alcohol bottle as it was so good.
