Lovely mushroom flavour

This soup thickens up lovely once hot water is added….the powder/granuals dissolve quickly and completely and the croutons stay whole and are a delicious addition - great for a snack or lunch anytime!

Nice warm soup

If you like mushroom flavour, you should really like this. It thickens nicely with boiling water. Not the fanciest of soups but definitely not the worst. The croutons do rehydrate well and think the salt levels are good. It's great for on the go or quick snacks. Comforting and perfect to keep for the moments when you don’t have time to make a meal or need a very light dinner or just don’t feel like cooking at all. Also the croutons being added is a bonus, as they give extra crunch.
