Fast acting yeast
Very good yeast - works well, and is more cost effective than sachets as you dont waste any.

Best yet
I have used fresh yeast with reasonable results but wanted to see if I could get the same results from dried. It works better but doesn't have that bakery smell to the bread - but it's still good.

Quality and convenience
Long lasting, always works. Use as much as recipe needs - no half-empty sachets lying around any more.

Far easier, cheaper and more convenient than the sachets. These tubs last me a long time.
