500g chicken thighs or halloumi
1 Lettuce
2 Salad tomatoes
Easy Harissa Chicken Wraps
1 Coat sliced chicken or halloumi with spice mix and marinade for 5 mins.
Fry in 1 tsp of oil on a medium heat until cooked through for 10 mins.
2 Warm the wraps in the microwave or heat in a dry frying pan on both sides (removing the packaging first) 15 secs.
3 Drizzle the tahini dressing, layer the chopped salad and tomatoes, and top with your chicken or halloumi. Wrap up, serve and enjoy!
Tip
1: For a deeper, richer flavour leave the chicken or halloumi to marinate for 3-4 hours before cooking.
2: For a zingy lift to these North African flavours, why not try adding some pickles to your wrap.

Fun kit
This kit makes making a tasty dinner easy and fun. Just add some veggies, salad and vegan strips and it creates a delicious dinner for four. So quick.

A great combination of spices.
This is a handy little kit, my 10 year old made dinner using this kit. Very easy to follow instructions with easy to open packaging. The sauces are tasty, the combination of them all together is a good mix. Unfortunately it only comes with 4 wraps, we were a family of 5 for the price I feel 6 or 8 should have been included.

Family Fun
The kids love to get involved using these so it's always family fun. We made them with chicken and vegetables. The pack comes with four quite large wraps so enough for the whole family.
