Veggie Burger and Slaw

Ingredients
- 190 g of cabbage, (Shredded as finely as possible)
- 4 veggie burgers
- 1 carrot, (about 90g)
- 150 g of natural yoghurt, (you can use mayonnaise as an alternative)
- 1 onion, (about 80g)
- 1 apple, grated (about 80g)
- 50 g of cucumber
- 85 g of tomato
- 80 g of little gem lettuce
- 4 cheese slices, optional
Method
Step 1
Finely slice the cabbage and onion, then grate the apple and the carrots and mix with the natural yoghurt.Step 2
For a bit extra pep, add a tablespoon of vinegar and/or a teaspoon of mustard.Step 3
Cook the veggie burgers to packet instructions.Step 4
If you want to serve with chips, microwave 2-3 potatoes for 6-7 minutes and cut into chips, spray or brush on a little oil and season with a little salt.Step 5
Bake the chips in the oven for 20 minutes till golden brown and crispy.Step 6
Can serve with shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, sliced cucumber, gherkins.
