A tasty butter you can use to baste when cooking – it's absolutely delicious with Rump Steak.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 100 g of worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 g of chilli
- 3 sprigs of a few sprigs of fresh thyme, or ½ tsp of chopped thyme
- 1 tsp of horseradish
- 2 tsps of mustard
- 250 g of butter
Method
Step 1
Blend all the ingredients together.Step 2
To mix up the flavours, you can try adding anchovies, which are amazing with meat.Step 3
Add salt and black pepper to taste.
