Juicy prawns and scallops cooked in a chorizo, chilli, garlic
and parsley infused oil with a sweet paprika kick.Time and servings

Ingredients
- 1 red chilli, chopped
- 1 large handful of parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp of sweet smoked paprika
- 300 g of raw king prawns, deshelled
- 4 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 200 g of king scallops
- 200 g of chorizo, sliced
- 6 garlic cloves, sliced
Method
Step 1
Heat a large skillet pan over a high heat and add chorizo. Cook for 5 mins ensuring to stir occassionally before transferring to a plate.Step 2
Add the oil to the pan over a medium heat, add garlic and chilli and cook for 2 mins.Step 3
Add the prawns and scallops and cook for 5 mins until the prawns are pink and juicy and scallops caramelised. Ensure you flip the scallops occasionally for an even cook.Step 4
Add seasoning, parsely and paprika, stir through and enjoy with crusty garlic bread! The perfect Spanish Supper for a Summers day.
