Ingredients

  • 1 pack of morrisons rib eye steak, 200g pack
  • 1 small handful of fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp of horseradish sauce
  • 4 tsp of rapeseed oil
  • 3 dash of freshly milled black pepper
  • 100 g of salted butter, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed

Method

  1. Step 1

    Remove the steaks from the fridge at least 20 minutes before cooking.
  2. Step 2

    To prepare the horseradish, garlic and parsley butter; mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Season.
  3. Step 3

    Mold the butter into a sausage shape and wrap in greaseproof paper.
  4. Step 4

    Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes whilst you cook your steak.
  5. Step 5

    Heat a non-stick pan until hot. Brush the steak with a little oil on both sides and season well. Cook the steaks according to your preference. Transfer to a warm plate, cover with foil and rest for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Step 6

    Serve with slices of the herb butter and sides of your choice.
