Ingredients
- 175 g of caster sugar
- 200 g of peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 0.25 tsp of salt
Method
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, salt and sugar.Step 2
Beat the egg and then add it to the peanut butter mix.Step 3
Line 2 trays with baking paper and divide the mix evenly into 18 small balls.Step 4
Roll them in your hands then put them on the tray leaving gaps between them, then press them down well.Step 5
Bake at 160 degrees for 12 minutes.Step 6
Cool and enjoy.
