Ingredients

  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 0.5 banana
  • 3 tablespoons of alpro simply plain plant-based alternative to yogurt
  • 100 ml of alpro oat drink
  • 50 g of rolled porridge oats

Method

  1. Step 1

    The night before serving stir the cinnamon, Oat drink and Porridge Oats together.
  2. Step 2

    The next day, loosen with a little more Oat drink if needed. Top with the yogurt alternative with banana and fresh fruit of your choice as well as any seeds or nuts.
