Ingredients

  • The Best Meringue Nests
  • The Best Mini Meringue shells
  • The Best Raspberry Jam
  • 1 punnet raspberries
  • 300ml double cream
  • 40g caster sugar
  • Dark cooking chocolate

Method

  1. Step 1

    Melt the chocolate place in a piping bag and allow to cool.
  2. Step 2

    Place the sugar and cream into a mixing bowl and whip until the cream is stiff.
  3. Step 3

    Add a spoonful of raspberry jam into the meringue nest.
  4. Step 4

    Add three raspberries and pipe in some of the whipped cream.
  5. Step 5

    Top with a mini meringue and use the melted chocolate to pipe on the ghost eyes and mouth.
