Ingredients
- The Best Meringue Nests
- The Best Mini Meringue shells
- The Best Raspberry Jam
- 1 punnet raspberries
- 300ml double cream
- 40g caster sugar
- Dark cooking chocolate
Method
Step 1
Melt the chocolate place in a piping bag and allow to cool.Step 2
Place the sugar and cream into a mixing bowl and whip until the cream is stiff.Step 3
Add a spoonful of raspberry jam into the meringue nest.Step 4
Add three raspberries and pipe in some of the whipped cream.Step 5
Top with a mini meringue and use the melted chocolate to pipe on the ghost eyes and mouth.
