Ingredients
- 200 g of minced pork
- 1 red onion, finely sliced
- 1 tzatziki pot, spoon onto flatbread as desired
- 4 flatbreads
- 1 red chilli, finely chopped
- 2 pinches of salt and pepper, alter to taste
- 50 g of breadcrumbs
- 0.5 tsp of ground cumin
- 1 tbsp of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 200 g of minced beef
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 small of onion, finely chopped
Method
Step 1
Combine all the ingredients (except the flatbread, tzatziki, tomato and red onion) together and form into small balls.Step 2
Fry in a little oil until coloured all over.Step 3
Place into the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.Step 4
Serve on a warmed flatbread with tzatziki, sliced tomato and red onion.
