Ingredients
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 0.5 pineapple
- 1.5 cups of spinach
- 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 0.5 cucumber
- 1 stick of celery
Method
Step 1
With a sharp knife chop spinach, cucumber, celery, banana and pineapple into similar square inch pieces.Step 2
Place all of the ingredients into a blender, including the water and optional ice, blend for 30-60 seconds. Then add the lemon juice, half the almond milk and chia seeds. Continue to blend until smooth.Step 3
Add the rest of the almond milk and blend until it’s very smoothStep 4
Pour into a glass and garnish with a celery stick.Step 5
Drink and enjoy.
