Ingredients

  • 120ml kombucha
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 7.5ml simple syrup
  • 4 fresh mint leaves
  • Ice
  • Raspberries, for garnish

Method

  1. Step 1

    Start by making the simple syrup using one part water to one part white granulated sugar (1:1). Heat the water in a saucepan over medium heat. Once hot, gradually add the sugar, stirring constantly until completely dissolved. Let the syrup cool completely before transferring to a glass container.
  2. Step 2

    In a shaker, combine lime juice, simple syrup, and mint leaves.
  3. Step 3

    Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Step 4

    Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.
  5. Step 5

    Top with your kombucha of choice
  6. Step 6

    Garnish with fresh berries and/or a sprig of mint.
