Ingredients
- 120ml kombucha
- 15ml lime juice
- 7.5ml simple syrup
- 4 fresh mint leaves
- Ice
- Raspberries, for garnish
Method
Step 1
Start by making the simple syrup using one part water to one part white granulated sugar (1:1). Heat the water in a saucepan over medium heat. Once hot, gradually add the sugar, stirring constantly until completely dissolved. Let the syrup cool completely before transferring to a glass container.Step 2
In a shaker, combine lime juice, simple syrup, and mint leaves.Step 3
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.Step 4
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice.Step 5
Top with your kombucha of choiceStep 6
Garnish with fresh berries and/or a sprig of mint.
