Ingredients

  • 1 costa mocha italia signature blend 200g ground coffee
  • 0.75 semi-skimmed milk or dairy free alternative, (3/4 of glass or cup)
  • 3 handful of ice cubes

Method

  1. Step 1

    Use fresh, cold milk (or a milk alternative) Top tip! Switch up your milk. Dairy alternatives like Oat and almond bring out the natural nuttiness of the coffee.
  2. Step 2

    Make your coffee with our Costa Roast & Ground Signature Blend for cafetiere and filter.
  3. Step 3

    Cool your coffee down, shake it briefly with some ice. Not too long though, or you'll dilute it!
  4. Step 4

    Prepare your glass and fill with ice.
  5. Step 5

    Pour the milk over the ice, followed by the coffee. The drink should be 3 parts milk and 1 part coffee, enjoy!
