Ingredients
- 110 g of milk chocolate
- 6 tsps of cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons of golden syrup
- 3 tablespoons of caster sugar
- 50 g of butter
- 60 g of cherries, cut in half
- 30 g of sultanas, You can use any dried fruits chopped up such as apricots, dates etc.
- 225 g of digestive biscuits
- 30 g of diced apricots
- 110 g of dark chocolate
Method
Step 1
Line a baking tray with non stick paper, heat the butter, sugar and the cocoa powder in a pan and melt together.Step 2
Stir in the biscuits and the dried fruits you’re using.Step 3
Press the tiffin mix into a tin and press down flat.Step 4
Melt both chocolates in a microwave together and pour over the tiffin in the tray. Spread evenly on top and allow to cool in a fridge overnight if possible.Step 5
Cut into bite size pieces and enjoy.
