Ingredients

  • 100 ml of brandy
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 397 g of condensed milk

Method

  1. Step 1

    Put the sugar in a saucepan with 75ml water. Simmer until the sugar has dissolved, then cool and chill.
  2. Step 2

    Beat the egg yolks with the vanilla until smooth. Add the condensed milk, brandy and cooled sugar syrup, mixing them well.
  3. Step 3

    Pour into a jug and chill for at least 2 hrs. Serve over ice (within 24 hours).
