Clementine and Panettone Trifle

This delicious but simple pudding will make a fitting finale to your Christmas meal. Time and servings

Ingredients
- 250 g of panettone
- 100 ml of clementine juice
- 6 clementines
- 60 ml of orange liqueur
- 4 tbsp of cranberry sauce
- 30 g of dark chocolate
- 600 ml of whipping cream
- 80 g of caster sugar
Method
Step 1
Arrange the panettone at the bottom of a glass serving bowl. Add the clementine slices on top.Step 2
Warm together the cranberry sauce, liqueur and juice and drizzle over the clementines. Allow to cool and soak in the panettone.Step 3
Put the sugar, clementine zest and juice into a bowl and stir until the sugar dissolves.Step 4
Whip the cream until it begins to form soft peaks, gradually add the juice mixture and keep whisking until soft and pillowy. Spoon onto the panettone and clementines and chill.Step 5
Decorate the top with grated chocolate and orange or clementine zest.
