Made without flour, these Chocolate Ganache Brownies are a real treat. Super chocolatey, they’re sure to disappear fast!Time and servings

Ingredients
- 20 g of cocoa powder
- 0.5 tsp of vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- 150 g of granulated sugar
- 50 g of chocolate chips
- 100 ml of double cream
- 60 g of butter
- 400 g of dark chocolate, 150g for the ganache
- 0.25 tsp of salt
Method
Step 1
Over a pan of simmering water, melt the chocolate and the butter together.Step 2
When the mix is cold, add the vanilla and the sugar and combine well.Step 3
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and salt together then fold in the cocoa powder. Fold this mix into the chocolate mixture.Step 4
Bake in a lined 8 inch square baking tray at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.Step 5
For the ganache, chop the chocolate into small pieces. Place them into a bowl.Step 6
Warm the cream in a pan without boiling it. Pour it over the chocolate and beat it until smooth and glossy.Step 7
When the brownie mix has cooled, pour the ganache over the top and then top with the chocolate chips.Step 8
Refrigerate for an hour, then remove from the tin and cut into squares to serve.
