Chocolate Easter nests

Ingredients
- 300 g of plain chocolate
- 120 g of candy-coated chocolate mini eggs
- 4 tbsp of golden syrup
- 50 g of butter
- 8 shredded wheat biscuits
Method
Step 1
Using clean hands, break up the shredded wheat into a large bowl.Step 2
Break the chocolate into squares and place in a heatproof bowl with the syrup and butter.Step 3
Melt over a pan of simmering water until smooth and glossy. Pour over the shredded wheat and mix well so they are coated in the chocolate mixture.Step 4
Line a baking sheet with non-stick baking parchment. Shape spoonfuls of the mixture into balls. Place on the tray and make a dip in the middle of each using your thumb. Chill until firm.Step 5
Place into a cake case and add mini eggs into the centre of each.
