Cauliflower Steaks

A delicious and vegan dish, perfect for a light lunch or as a main.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 handful of parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp of toasted flaked almonds
  • 0.5 tsp of smoked paprika
  • 1 cauliflower

Method

  1. Step 1

    Heat oven to 220C/200C fan. Slice the cauliflower into two 1-inch steaks. On a tray covered with baking parchment, lay out the cauliflower and rub with paprika and 1/2 tbsp of oil.
  2. Step 2

    Roast in the oven for around 20 minutes.
  3. Step 3

    When the steaks are cooked, drizzle with a bit of olive oil then sprinkle over the parsley and almonds.
  4. Step 4

    Serve them on their own or with a side.
