Ingredients
- 100ml gin
- 100ml pineapple juice
- 100ml lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- Candy floss
Method
Step 1
Put all the ingredients, excluding the candy floss in a cocktail shaker with ice.Step 2
Shake for 30 seconds and strain into 2 cocktail glasses.Step 3
Add the candy floss garnish to serve.
