Start your day with a tropical fruit smoothie with oatmeal, honey and a dash of lime. Tasty stuff. Time and servings

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of oatmeal
- 400 ml of alpro original coconut fresh
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 tbsp of clear honey
- 1 tbsp of fresh lime juice
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced away from the central stone
Method
Step 1
Place all of the ingredients into a food processor or liquidiser and blitz until smooth.Step 2
Pour into glasses or bottles and chill until you’re ready to drink it.
