Ingredients
- 50 g of cucumber
- 1 tomato, 85g
- 80 g of little gem lettuce
- 4 cheese slices
- 1 carrot, grated (about 90g)
- 190 g of cabbage, (Shredded as finely as possible)
- 4 beef burgers
- 2 bacon rashers
- 150 g of mayonnaise/yoghurt
- 1 onion, (about 80g)
- 1 apple, grated (about 80g)
- 1 budweiser lager beer bottles
Method
Step 1
Finely slice the cabbage and onion, then grate the apple and the carrots and mix with the mayonnaise (or natural yoghurt).Step 2
For a bit extra pep, add a tablespoon of vinegar and/or a teaspoon of mustard.Step 3
Cook the burgers to packet instructionsStep 4
If you want to serve with chips, microwave 2-3 potatoes for 6-7 minutes and cut into chips, spray or brush on a little oil and season with a little salt.Step 5
Bake the chips in the oven for 20 minutes till golden brown and crispy.Step 6
This dish goes well with Budweiser Lager.
