Tuna Protein Bowl

Ingredients
- 2 princes tuna chunks in spring water
- 150 g of noodles
- 80 g of red cabbage, finely shredded
- 150 g of broccoli 'rice'
- 1 handful of chia seeds, (optional)
- 3 sprinkles of lime or lemon juice, for sprinkling
- 150 g of cous cous, cooked
- 1 avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and sliced
Method
Step 1
Drain the cans of tuna, then flake into chunks.Step 2
Share the couscous between 2 serving bowls.Step 3
Cook the broccoli ‘rice’ and butternut squash noodles according to pack instructions. Share between the bowls with the red cabbage and avocado slices.Step 4
Arrange the tuna chunks on top, then serve, sprinkled with lime or lemon juice and chia seeds (if using).
